The location is very nice 😍 Just a minute walk to Charles Bridge and the views are amazing. The staff were nice but I did have to wait for breakfast seating. Small downside, but totally worth it!

I found the breakfast options quite limited, often feeling bare and lacking variety. The room needed some updates, especially in furnishings and decor. The staff's demeanor was uninviting, and I felt uneasy approaching them for assistance.

It was the first time in Prague. She arrived at 10 a.m., so she took the AE bus 60 CZK to the railway station and slowly walked across the old town to Charles Bridge. The most important thing is not to miss the descent at the end of the bridge on the right side. Otherwise, miss the hotel. I came in after 14 hours and checked in immediately. Breakfast is fine, you won't stay hungry. During the day you can use the coffee machine or have tea right in the dining room. The staff speaks Russian. The bed linen is clean and fresh. Bottle of water 0.5 per day. The location is wonderful. View of Charles Bridge from the window. I drove back on my own for 32 crowns. Just behind the hotel a street leads to the subway Malostranska. You can walk for 7 minutes in a calm step. I bought a 90-minute ticket from the subway station (all explanations in Russian). Procomposted it. I went to the station Dejvitska, and then took the bus 119 to the airport terminal 1. Time for the trip was spent exactly 30 minutes. So you can take the ticket for a shorter time as well.

Specially booked a 2-bed room with one large bed per guest, as she did not want to sleep in a single room under the ceiling. But when she arrived, it turned out that I was given this very small room with a single bed. And I couldn't prove anything, although the printout was also a photo of the desired room. They said we only had single rooms like this. Then why on a site under a single room there are other photos!? By the way, no one returned the difference in price to me!!! So do not flatter yourself with a spacious room with a large bed you will not get one))). My advice before you click to pay for the reservation (by the way it's instantly taken off the card!) is to look at your printout. I can assure you that you will not find any pictures with your supposed number there, but will put you in a room under the ceiling. By the way, there is no single room photo on the website either. I attach a photo to my review, if the moderator misses it, you'll see. It's just a cheat from the hotel. One last thing... the smell in the bathroom is really unbearable in room 17. The window was open all day so it wouldn't smell like that.

Location, charm, really great value. Just a solid (not luxurious, but solid, friendly, and clean) small hotel in an amazing location.

Stellar location with amazing views of Charles Bridge! The breakfast varied daily.

Rooms felt a bit dated, and some areas needed better housekeeping attention. Connectivity issues with Wi-Fi were frustrating!

the hotel was romantic with knowledgeable staff and an incredible location on charles bridge. location: the property was near to the castle and numerous restaurants and shops. it was so close to kocar z vidne, where you can have dinner.

The way from the airport:. - The hotel is 10 minutes from the metro station and 30-40 minutes from the airport by public transport: when leaving the airport, take bus 119 and buy a ticket for 30 minutes (24 kroons, tickets can be bought in kroons or with a card in the machine when leaving the airport/stop). It takes you to the terminus at the Nadrazi Veleslavin green line metro station, then 4 stations to Malostranska and you are there. 2. Location:. - near Charles Bridge, there is a metro and tram route;. - nearby promenade, several parks, many restaurants, cafes and grocery stores;... - in general, this part of the city on the left bank of the river is much calmer than the right bank: much less drunk tourists, the development is not spoilt by many dubious shops. 3. Hotel:... - The workers at the reception are quite polite and ready to help;. - maybe check in before 2:00 pm... - the hotel doesn't charge a deposit on check-in. 4. Room (#10):. - view from the room on Charles Bridge, Devil's River and Petrsza Hill;. - the room is very bright: 4 large windows, thick curtains, enough light fixtures;. - the heating batteries are adjustable and located under each window;. - window in the bathroom! (my fetish); also available shampoo, soap, hair dryer, 3 towels per person, a rope for drying linen, and other small bonuses. - Daily room cleaning with change of linen and towels;. - no dampness or odors, normal soundproofing... - many different TV channels... - the room wasn't stuffy, it was easy to ventilate. 5. Food:... - The breakfast room was always free, free scrambled eggs/scrambled eggs for each occupant;... - breakfast 7:00-10:30... - polite staff. - delicious juice, fresh pastries.

1. Hotel:. It is stated that the staff speaks Russian, in fact it is rather weak, so it will be more convenient in English;... check-out at 2:00 p. m. is not cool;... Wi-Fi is only good on the ground floor;... because of the location right by the bridge, you'll have tourists looking out the windows all day... it can be quite noisy... no waiting room/guest toilet on the ground floor. no help getting your luggage up on the floor. 2. Room:. Wi-Fi is constantly disconnected, signal is gone. It will not be comfortable to use;. there were only 3 good hangers, not enough shelves in the closet to store clothes... no kettle... not enough sockets and their inconvenient location (2 behind the TV: one is busy with it. third one is at the level of the skirting board in the corridor;. in the bathroom on the window only semi-transparent curtain (bridge with tourists at 20 meters at bathroom window level): plus for exhibitionists, no slippers;. no slippers... walls with crushed insect footprints... wouldn't hurt to have a mat in the bathroom... not very good cleaning in unobvious places: hair in the bath drain from previous tenants, lumps of dust on the ventilation;. there's no room for your food in the fridge. 3. Nutrition:. small cups and teapots: there is no room for tea. monotonous breakfasts: very little fruit/vegetables, little meat, no fresh yogurt or butter, after a few days it can get very tired; - average coffee.
